Comparing 32 Oral Antipsychotics for Acute Multi-Episode Schizophrenia Treatment.

This journal club will compare 32 oral antipsychotics for the management of acute multi-episode schizophrenia in the following ten domains:

  1. Overall Changes in Symptoms
  2. Positive Symptoms
  3. Negative Symptoms
  4. Depressive Symptoms
  5. Social Functioning
  6. Adverse Events: Weight Gain
  7. Adverse Events: Akathisia
  8. Adverse Events: Prolactin Elevation
  9. Adverse Events: QTc Prolongation
  10. Adverse Events: Sedation
