How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to reply to every message within 24–48 business hours. Billing and technical issues are prioritized and usually answered the same business day.
I'm having trouble accessing my course. What should I do?
First, make sure you're signed in to your account. If the issue persists, send us a message with "Technical Issue" selected as the subject, and include your registered email, the device or browser you're using, and a brief description of what you're seeing. A screenshot helps us resolve things faster.
Do you offer institutional or group memberships?
Yes. We work with residency programs, medical schools, and hospitals to provide group access at reduced rates. Please use the contact form and select "Collaboration / Partnership" — we'll send over our institutional packages.
Do you provide CMEs?
No, we currently do not provide CMEs.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Yes. You can upgrade to the yearly plan at any point. Reach out via the contact page and we'll help you make the change and apply your remaining balance.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel from the members dashboard, available from the top menu after you log in. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
Can I contribute content or guest-author a topic?
We welcome contributions from clinicians, educators, and researchers. Reach out with a brief outline of your proposed topic and a short bio. Our editorial team will follow up within a week.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with your membership, please write in within 14 days of purchase and we'll work something out. Full details are available on our pricing page.
