Trazodone: Dose, Mechanism & Clinical Response

This post will summarize Trazodone’s mechanism of action and answer the following two questions:

DOSE FROM 150-600 MG IS REQUIRED FOR INHIBITION OF SEROTONIN TRANSPORTER, HENCE IS EFFECTIVE FOR MDD TREATMENT.
