Designer Drugs

24 year old male is brought to the hospital emergency room by police officer for aggressive behaviors and worsening paranoia. Patient reports using excessive amounts of unknown designer drugs. 

Vitals: Heart rate: 134, BP: 162/98; Temp: 102 F.

On Exam: Patient is diaphoretic with evident muscle spasms. Dentition is poor with perforated nasal septum. No conjunctival injections noted. 
Lab work revealed rhabdomyolysis.
