    35 year old female referred by her psychotherapist for recent worsening of anxiety with difficulty controlling her worries. Her anxiety is associated with muscle tension and difficulty relaxing, irritability, and worrying about something negative happening.

    • GAD-7 score is 17.
    • Medical History: None
    • Substance Abuse History: None
