(6) Haloperidol Tablets

(7) Hydroxyzine Pamoate Oral Capsules

(8) Lorazepam Injection

(9) Methylphenidate Hydrochloride (QUILLICHEW ER) Extended-Release Chewable Tablets

(10) Methylphenidate Hydrochloride (QUILLIVANT XR) for Extended-Release Oral Suspension

(11) Thioridazine Hydrochloride Tablets

(12) Thiothixene Capsules

(13) Trifluoperazine Hydrochloride Tablets

Following psychiatric medications SHORTAGE IS RESOLVED:

(1) Amoxapine

(2) Zolpidem Tartrate (Edluar) Sublingual Tablets
